STRENGHT APPROACH Stand Your Ground (MCD/7”)
08/21/2010 | Roma’s famed hardcore powerhouse STRENGHT APPROACH are back with a new four tracks MCD (plus a hip-hop joke as track five) aptly titled “STAND YOUR GROUND” (it’s 15 years that the guys proudly do this) which follows up to 2008’s “All Plans We Made Are Going To Fail”.This time around I hear more of Cro-Mags and NYHC feel with a general metallic edge to it while the previous was stuff more about 80’s old-school, but Strength Approach muscular trade mark is still there.
Positive lyrics that invite the kids to never give up or surrender to life obstacles.
The four tracks breath of fresh air and honesty and STAND YOUR GROUND is a statement of everything the band is and a taste of what the band will be in the future. They’ll be out with full-length entitled "With or Without You" scheduled by the end of this year.
Solid production that give a punch right in your face and cover artwork by famed Dave Quiggle.
