04/24/2010 | In summer 2008 Rocko, Benni and Marc started rehearsing. Later, Sam joined the band. Out of members of Trainwreck, GL 244, The F.A., and Perth Express, the band GLASSES was born. In December they had enough songs to record their first output on Vendetta Records. Since then, this female fronted Hardcore monster played tons of shows, went on tour and shared stages with Shook Ones or Polar Bear Club. Hailing from from Giessen (Germany), Glasses play emotional hardcore in the vein of bands like The Hope Conspiracy, Rise & Fall, and Integrity. Powerfull riffs, a strong voice, catchy meldoies and a lot of passion - that's what you can expect, when you check out this band, which is defenitly a part of the new breed of modern european Hardcore.
